  • TV-01: The device cannot be turned on

    1. Check whether the battery is installed.

    2. Check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery installation are consistent with the positive and negative poles of the battery compartment.

    3. Check whether the battery has enough power.

  • TV-01: The thermostat valve cannot be connected for the first pairing


    Bluetooth Version:

     1. Check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.

     2. Check whether the PAIR icon of the thermostat valve flashes, if it does not flash, press and hold the PAIR button for 5 seconds.

    ZigBee Version:

     1. Check whether the gateway is powered on.

     2. Check whether the WIFI password is correct.

     3. Check whether the PAIR icon of the thermostat valve flashes, and if it does not flash, press and hold the PAIR button for 5 seconds.


  • TV-01: After the pairing is successful, the Bluetooth connection is disconnected, and when connected


    1. Clear the APP cache, log in to the APP again and do the pairing action.

    2. Quit the APP and restart the APP to do the pairing and connection action.

    3. In the app device list, pull down the page to refresh the page.

    4. Please check the distance between the device and the phone.

  • TV-01: The door/window sensor cannot be connected when pairing


    ZigBee Version:

     1. Check whether the gateway is powered on.

     2. Check whether the door/window sensor battery has enough power.

     3. Check whether the door/window sensor signal light flashes quickly, and whether you press PAIR for 5 seconds.

     4. Clear the APP cache, log in to the APP again and do the pairing action.

     5. Quit the APP and restart the APP, then do the pairing and connection action.

     6. Check whether the router at home is disconnected or the network is unstable.

  • TV-01: After the pairing is successful, the door sensor and thermostat valve cannot be connected or


    ZigBee Version:

     1. Check if the distance between the gateway and the door sensor and the thermostat valve is too long, please put it within the working safety distance.

     2. After deleting the device on the APP side, reconnect the device.

     3. Check whether the router at home is disconnected or the network is unstable.

  • TV-01: Missing icon on screen/Screen flicker/The screen suddenly goes black when the gearbox is runn


    Low battery, please replace with new battery.
  • TV-01: Battery life is too short


    Please buy a branded battery.

  • TV-01: F1 Valve drive sluggish


    1. Check whether the valve model is applicable.

    2. Check whether the valve is stuck.

  • TV-01: F2 Adjustment range too wide


    1. Whether the device has been installed on the applicable valve and tightened.

    2. Check whether the valve model is suitable.

  • TV-01: F3 Adjustment range is too small


    1.Check the valve stroke is too short or the valve stuck.

    2.Check whether the valve type is suitable according to the instruction.
